Just updated and I am also still getting stuck at the vehicle info screen. OP is your phone and your car on the same WiFi network? Maybe the problem is with remote connections?
You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.

This is the screen it is hanging on. I let it sit here for a good 5 minutes without letting the screen sleep or going away from the app. I cleared data and cache first.
Does the car stay in that spot the whole time?
No the car will move up slowly to the top then reappear at the bottom and repeat.

We haven't encountered this sort of behavior before.
I doubt it has to do with the type of phone (I'm on an S6E so I imagine an S7E would be fine), though it could be useful to know. And fwiw, the refund period is within 48 hours after purchase, so don't feel pressured to return it immediately after trying. I really appreciate your patience though. It's users like you that report problems that really help devs expedite the debug process.Maybe worth checking what phone people have too.. I have Samsung S7 Edge.
Also perhaps you can make a free version with no features that just tries to connect so that we can make sure the connection works before buying the full version.. its annoying to have to uninstall for refund every time since it doesnt work yet.

BTW, I noticed that the app does not have any permissions, so I manually granted storage and location permission. Doesn't help either, but you might want to look into permission handling anyway.

We're going to release a new update soon that drastically simplifies the initial loading process in an attempt to narrow down the potential cause of the issue.
