Is my car totaled?

Hey all!

My car was hit in a parking lot by an intoxicated driver driver leaving a party. Thankfully we were not in it. Later that same night Ice fell from the roof and also smashed the upper glass. Do you guys think it’s totaled or repairable? It’s a 2019 Long Range with about 85000 miles.

OK, I bite. How did the glass roof get cracked? The front bumper damage looks pretty superficial even with a scruff on the hub cap.

What a rough night! You'll need a new bumper cover and roof glass totaling about $1000, plus a few hours of labor for paint and installation. So probably around $10,000 total. Definitely not totaled.

Any chance you drove to VT, hit someone's house, and the THEN some ice came off the roof?

I sincerely hope so. For your benefit.
If not, those are two (2) separate insurance claims, with two separate deductibles.

Neither one will total your car.

Still waiting on the estimate for the front. This is the picture of my car this morning I guess there is more damage than seen?

For the top they quoted 3500 maybe a bit more because the trunk hood is also damaged.

Without seeing the undercarriage, no it is going to be repaired.

Thanks for asking. Yep we all are getting very
good at spotting a total. I have had a few cars
that I wanted the total, did not happen.
I would suggest a 65 inch Samsung Nano Oled to
pass the time, loooks good at at best buy, all the best.
