Is the Server for the Tesla mobile app down?

I've broken, lost or had the battery die on enough cell phones to know better than to not have my Tesla key card with me.
As a Sys Admin, I know that when you deal with servers and networks, things happen. And most of the time the thing that takes you down is as a result of something someone else did. I'm sure they didn't plan to do maintenance today. And I'm sure the media will have a blast roasting Tesla for this. Personally, I give no shits. My car still works fine. And I'm sure that what ever the cause, they will do something improve reliability going forward.

The app has already been pretty much flawless. Not a whole lot of room for improvement.

Since there's a lot of this kind of thinking, I verified that the app's not connecting, then I went out to the car and got in, and put it in gear. See, there are many different things that go on with the phone. Entry (via bluetooth) will work even if looking at your car on the phone (via servers) doesn't. I also used the browser in the car (via WiFi), and played music from the phone (bluetooth again, but not the same connection that unlocks the car...). Looked at the supercharger map (WiFi again) but I don't know how to tell if it's current (nothing greyed out, though). Oh, and now the app just came back up.

agree.

if you use the 3 the Bluetooth key continues to work.

Just Do NOT logout of the app thinking logout/login will fix it. That resets the pairing with the car.
