Delvery was today 12/20 8am-10am. Took time off from work. Sitting around. No car.

Call the store, and they say "I don't know why they send you text and gave you delivery, we are understaffed, let me see if I can find your car"

On hold now. TERRIBLE customer service.

Seems like Tesla could do with another round of asking owners to help out with delivery. I'd be down at my local place if I could get away.

"Our computer system is down now, can I call you back" After 20 min on the phone, she doesn't know where my car is.

I offered to come down to delivery center if she need be. She is insisting to call me back.

God knows if my car is even produced. Paid cash for it, and there is no balance, did all the work on my end. SIGH
 
I have no trade in. Car was fully paid for cash.

Now they called me : "Can you pick up your car Saturday?"

Me: Car was supposed to be delivered today. Can I come get it at your office?

Tesla: "We can't locate your car. Can you come Saturday."

Sorry to hear this. I had an appointment for the 16th. I called on the 10th to ask some questions about payment, and they said "Hmmm, we see the 16th was scheduled, but your car is not supposed to arrive until the 23rd. We'll have to move the appointment".

I'm now scheduled for the 27th. I'm going to go to the delivery center and look for my car on the 26th(My wife was not available on 26th, or would be able to get it then), and if I find it, I will pay, otherwise I will be calling and asking where my car is at.
 
Question about the MVPA...I just got the official copy and my VIN today. Emailed my credit union and he said that it just needs my signature and the Tesla rep's signature on it. There's a spot at the bottom for signatures but the "Delivery Experience Specialist" signature spot is blank.

Who do I have sign this?

Weird, mine is signed by someone named Troy, Director of sales i think? I would just call your DA and ask them to sign it, then you'd need to sign it and send to your CU.
 
Haven't had a DA contact me yet. I called Tesla yesterday and they gave me his name but no contact info. Does it have to be the DA that signs it?
No mine was signed by someone else. If you can find your delivery center on google maps, thats how i found it, you can call them, no wait, and they should be able to start moving things along for you as well as get in contact with your DA.
 
For me it wasn't, when you purchased you should have selected home delivery or a nearby delivery center.

Yea I selected home delivery but I wanted to switch to pickup at the delivery center. When I called Tesla yesterday, they told me who my DA was and said he should be in contact with me and he can get it changed to pick up at the delivery center. So far, no word from him.

Sadly they never changed my schedule.

Even up till yesterday they told me car was going to be here this morning
 
I got an email confirmation last night regarding my pick-up scheduled in Fremont on Saturday morning. Of course they asked that I pay in full prior to arrival. I'm going to learn from others' experiences and not pay till I get there and actually know I'm leaving the facility with a car!
