Same boat as you, EDD Feb 7-Feb 21. Picking up from Richmond. I just got a weird email from the Richmond store that says "We are excited for your upcoming delivery!," yet I still have no VIN, and can't do any next steps. Mine is MSM, not blue though. Not sure what all of this means for timing for delivery/VIN assignment.

My OD is 10/28, White/White, 18" Aero, No FSD, delivery in Nashville. I feel like I'm going to be waiting until the end of friggin' time before I get my car. Current EDD is March 1-March 28. It's killing me seeing everyone with order dates 2 months ahead of me getting their cars.

Did you complete all the tasks in the app? Some folks have missed to put in the payment info. Your waiting clock wont start until all the tasks are complete in the app

I hope this means they're starting to make their way north with deliveries, since so many Cali folks have been getting VINs and now you. I have the same config as you but a slightly earlier OD of 11/18. Congrats on the pending pick-up!

now, depending on where you are and if you need to charge away from home, you may have to wait in line for a charger .. so 6 in one hand, half a dozen in the other.. but no more outrageous petrol prices !!!!!

Amazingly VIN just came through 168xxx for Richmond, VA - Have no way to confirm AMD ahead of time.

Question regarding opting out of Arbitration:

1) Once you get your VIN are folks sending a mail to Tesla ( from the order agreement ) to decline Arbitration? It says you can opt out of the arbitration agreement by mailing within 30 days of order, but I need to give them the VIN in the mail.

2) How do I do that if I havent been assigned a VIN in the 30 day period since I ordered?
