Welcome to the club!Just got my vin 271… how long do I have to wait for text for delivery schedule? Edd 6/13-6/19
Dam this escalated quickly! We're gonna miss you.Welcome to the club!
I had my delivery scheduled about 20 minutes after I uploaded my insurance and payment.
Thank you. I'm going to count on your prophecy for this.Yeah I took delivery 4 days after receiving my vin. Hiline I predict you will be getting your vin by the end of the weekend. Your configuration is exactly the same as mine, also west coast and OD was 5 days after me. Your in good shape.
Wow, that is scary. Hopefully, it had nothing to do with the battery but with something being not connected properly. Which is still scary. Just curious what insurance do you have and how has the claim process been thus far.Model Y lost power and then caught fire this week in Vancouver. No collision. Same battery as M3LR?
I just finished my insuranceCongrats. It all depends. A SA should be reaching out to you but if they don’t you will receive text to schedule delivery. My delivery text came about 5 hours after I received my vin. Just make sure you schedule right away so you don’t lose your car once you receive the delivery text. You also should be able to complete your insurance now through the app.
That wasn't a battery fire. It was some kind of electrical short that caused the interior to catch on fire. When a battery goes, you'll see all sorts of flames on the underside of the car.Model Y lost power and then caught fire this week in Vancouver. No collision. Same battery as M3LR?
What are your order details? Order date, car configuration, pick-up location?I just finished my insurance
You are always free to release your spot to the thousands of your compatriots awaiting their own cars in SoCalI was going to release my VIN (261xxx) because it has old lights, but after seeing gas now starting to creep up over $6, yeah, screw it, I'll just take delivery.
...until one day we decide to get on another waiting line because in three years or so it's time for an upgrade.Dam this escalated quickly! We're gonna miss you.
I'm actually wondering if my car is a reject lol 261xxx VIN with VIN assignment date of 6/1, even though my EDD was 6/6-6/19. Seeing a lot of people here saying their VINs are above 266 and has matrix lights. You are always free to release your spot to the thousands of your compatriots awaiting their own cars in SoCal
I'll take it if you don't want it. It's the exact same configuration that I am waiting for and I am in SoCal too. It feels like it will never happen for me. My EDD is not changing and the wait is excruciating. Especially, when you see people around you getting their VINs close to or after your OD.You are always free to release your spot to the thousands of your compatriots awaiting their own cars in SoCal

What happens if you put the hold on your account? Is it different than just rejecting delivery?Rejected my VIN 262xxx as it was confirmed to have premium headlights.
This is bittersweet, I really wanted this car but now i put a hold on my account until 7/1 when the Illinois EV rebate kicks in, so i will get $4k back in the long run as well.
