Does your order page still say 4-8 weeks from order date? Or is that also updated now to reflect the horrible 5-8 week from today timing?
My order page still says 4-8 weeks, so not sure what to believe at this point.

Actually, my account page has 4-8 weeks. If I reconfigure a new model 3 on the Tesla main site, it shows 3-7 weeks... so definitely confused now lol
The 4-8 weeks listed on your account page is from the day you placed your order. If you ordered 2 weeks ago then your wait would be 2-6 weeks.
Two different estimation systems. But hey, you could get it in 5 weeks and be within both estimatesyes, I know that problem is I just got a text a few days ago from Tesla indicating my wait time is now 5-8 weeks starting from a couple of days ago.
True - here's to thinking positive. cheersTwo different estimation systems. But hey, you could get it in 5 weeks and be within both estimates
I'll be honest: I'm self serving to some extent. I ordered 7/27 and I'm hoping to get ming by early October so I can get paint protection before a road tripTrue - here's to thinking positive. cheers
I ordered a long range model 3 in white with 19 inch rims on July 21. When I placed the order the the delivery estimate was 4-8 weeks
I just got an automated text message today from Tesla indicating my order will be ready for delivery 5-8 weeks from today.
Pretty frustrated about this...
I wouldn’t freak out about the estimates published. They’re clearly not meaningfulJust saw online that delivery timeline for New M3 (all trims) is 3-7 weeks for most locations- this is for NJ.
It's ridiculous

I would go as far as saying it's extremely disappointing. At the same time, though, I have never had a good experience with any car company.I second this. I think the end of this month/early next month we’re going to see a huge influx of orders getting filled. They’ll probably want to try to deliver as many cars as possible before the end of Q3.
This wait with no communication or updates is not fun at all though.
Mine has been good so far, but I do know where to find hermy sales associate doesn't respond to my emails. I have sent 2 over the past 3 weeks, one asking about insurance, and the other about the 5-8 week delivery estimate text. Nothing but crickets.
I don’t think I even have a sales associate or advisor? Only communication I’ve had is the order confirmation email when I placed the order almost a month ago. Does one typically reach out to you?
