Great eyes! I finally had a moment to look into this - and the mistake that was made (on my end) was that when I had saved all of the dyno graphs the dyno had been set back to SAE J1549 mode. On our dyno, that mode takes the recorded data at the time, and applies the corrections (so we can see even historic results as being corrected or uncorrected).
So the true power numbers are what was shown in the video, and the dyno graph we posted above is showing inflated numbers.
Nice to hear what our dyno is spitting out is matching your real-world estimations.
In the dyno testing we've done with various electric cars we've always seen battery power (DC bus voltage * battery current) be very close to measured wheel power.
