Model 3 Performance (P3D) now officially 0-60mph in 3.3 seconds!

I’m afraid so. With the advent of the 3, I thought Tesla was making everything consistent: 0-60 without rollout. At least it lasted for a while.

That said, I wouldn’t mind a future software upgrade that knocks off a few tenths. But the car already drives almost like Centauri’s in The Last Starfighter, so I can't complain.

V10 comes with OTA death blossom!

Anyway, I expect they can bump the 0-60s at least a couple tenths in all the models with future updates- I suspect your best shot at seeing that is if the competition starts nipping at Teslas heels a bit more performance-wise.

Unfortunately we stopped getting API performance metrics before the P and AWD were released. Until we start taking apart the under dash panels and start hooking up cancrocodile to the CANBus. We won't really know what is going on. Here is what we know about the AWD LR...
