Ship it?? Don't understand
If they find an issue for the car during assembly, they ship the car off and make the service center fix it. Or worse just deliver it and see if the customer notices or cares.

I don’t think service would be in the pinch they were if they weren’t fixing delivery issues.

When you take delivery just give it a really good once over and make Tesla make your car perfect. You’re not bothering or surprising them. They do these fixes all day every day.

Hey everyone.

I took delivery of my M3LR last week, I wanted to take my time and make sure everything was fine with the car before posting here. First things first, this is an incredible car. Yes it's pricey but I'll take this car over a $70,000 BMW any day. The drive is smooth, the acceleration is out of this world even without the boost, it's not the prettiest ever, but I got used to the looks of it. Super happy with the car.
I ordered my car on March 15th and it was delivered in Coral Gables, FL on June 14th. Delivery experience was a letdown to say the least, the car was dirty and no one really paid attention to us or would answer our questions. I had to finalize payment and accept delivery in the app before I was able to get inside the car and make sure everything was alright. Luckily I haven't noticed anything wrong inside or outside the car. Michelin tires, matrix headlights and mobile charger included.
I want to say thank you to everyone that helped me patiently waiting for my car to be delivered, like everyone before me, I can't stressed enough how much it's worth the wait. I'm still going to hang around if anyone has questions.
Peace
Glad it all worked out.

Add me to the Saturday delivery list. I didn't have any issues that couldn't be addressed. I didn't bring up the gap in the tail light. The paint was cleaned up from the dash and seats. Honestly, if it wasn't a Tesla I was buying I wouldn't have even inspected it as close as I did. Everything is solid and the car is quiet (except for highway speeds). The mobile connector was in the trunk. I'm a happy customer.

Just got my baby back from the shop. Got a full wrap of Legend PPF and SunTek CIR at 20% for the sides and back (one piece) and 80% on the windshield. Definitely cooler in the cabin and the Climate Control was working so much less. They rebadged it Black (kinda by accident) but I love it. The Dual Motor badge also came off as part of the wrap process. I’ll either leave it off, or go with black lettering/red underline to match the badging. Extremely happy with the results! #teamblue #teamflatbroke

The more I think about it I might be take off the DM P badges. I did CF for the Tesla logos and now it just looks tacky to me and I think I prefer the more subtle/stealth look with no extra badges

What’s up everyone. New member here. Had reserved for M3 RWD Est Delivery (Oct 9- Nov 20) but switched to the M3P last week and the Est Delivery never updated. I seen on the Tesla page its showing Jun-Aug currently for M3P delivery dates. I’m hoping I get an update soon.

Delivery location Jacksonville, FL area
You’ll probably get some sort of update by next Tuesday / Wednesday

Just in case anyone was wondering you can fit 10 foot sticks of conduit pipe inside the m3p😂 had to pick up the conduit to wire up my tesla wall charger. Just lay the seat down in the front seat and it fits with the trunk closed
I legit did this two nights ago as well. I got 4 of the PVC ones in there. Coming from a Volt I was like, "Im pretty sure that's gonna fit" lol. Everything fit in my volt. Looks like the same applies for the Tesla :)
