In all seriousness. If any NEW P owners could measure the distance from the center of the hub to the top of the inside fender we could internet investigate this scooby doo mystery.

Agreed. It should be less than the same measurement on a non-performance model.

Vin recieved today. Delivery scheduled for 12/16.Talked to a sales rep today, car is built and sitting on a train in fremont. Final destination is Chicago, than loaded onto transport before final destination. SW Ontario.

Just picked her up and took some quick pics and measurements. Measures 15.5” front and back from the center of the hub to fender. And about 1.5” from top of tire to fender.

Certainly doesn’t look like a “pickup” or high like many are saying lol.

Yea this seems to be the delivery mechanism. As my car is still reportedly at the "transfer station in Chicago". Makes sense. Chicago is relatively speaking a good central point.

Still no VIN yet. Delivery estimate bumped today from 12/2 - 12/18 to 12/10 - 12/24. My SA said today that others that ordered around my order date and that are being delivered to Charlotte have gotten VINs, so idk what’s up with mine.
