I was originally going to transfer the personalized plate from my MINI Cooper S (ETQTRDE), but then a friend of mine suggested we put more of an electric vehicle spin on it. We came up with the following that I just ordered tonight:

2months ago Colorado denied my application for KICKGAS. Then a month ago I decided to try applying for KCK GAS, which I learned yesterday was approved. Go figure. The plate approval was icing on the cake for me, as our Model S arrived yesterday, too. Had a great DS experience with Grant Pope, who was excellent.

Congrats, Dave. I'm looking forward to our S's, sitting next to each other in a parking lot with very similar plates.
Forgotten who has NO GAS; invite them too! Think it's on a Leaf as well.

I've seen your Prius at the gym (EQ)...will look for the S! Mine will be the black one with grey wheels arriving in about a month...

Thanks! I kind of like that nobody outside of EV enthusiasts really gets it.
Only California has more people than Texas, and there is a fair sized gap between Texas and the next state (New York). So a large number of Texas Teslas isn't unexpected.

My wife tried all combos of "GRY GHST" here in Cali for our Dolphin Grey car. She settled on "6RY GHST" - number substitutions aren't technically allowed but we'll see if it sneaks through.

I stood outside as my wife drove away in it this afternoon, the thing moves like a ninja. I decided to keep it simple, fortunately still available in PA!

AMPED is also available in PA. For one of the most populous states in the nation it doesn't seem like there's a whole lot of EV interest. My DES told me Tesla delivered around 25-30 cars to PA last year (in December really), that's only ~1% of the total despite PA having 4% of the US population.
