Nice attempt sarcasm -- but actually you are right that most successful companies go above and beyond the call of duty for customers who have not received the best treatment or experience from the company. In Tesla's case, I don't expect that they'll offer people like AnOutsider or Kroneal anything monetary or substantive, so the least they could do is give them the real scoop on what happened with their cars.

You've made quite clear you don't think that Tesla owes them anything and they should just accept the delays on their cars quietly and not say a negative word ever about Tesla. We clearly have a difference of opinion on this.
