I know some countries base EV incentives on the base price without options, so maybe they did it like that so it can qualify in certain countries?

It is fake-included in Germany as the price is the same as Other europe (plaid) base price + 6 seat option.

The fact of the matter is that the price reduction is not the same in EU as it is in the US. Pre-plaid P100D prices were in the €90k-s.

The price difference between LR and Plaid

• In the US is $89,990-$79,990=$10,000
• In Germany 114,990€-99,990€=15,000€

Seems unjust.

Anyways, the inventory hasn't moved for a while a these prices so they're going to have to drop maybe another $20k in EU. The Euro is stronger than USD at the moment to the prices in plain numbers should be on par with the US price numbers.

If you factor in inflation, it is cheaper than when they had the last gen LR at that price.

They do that to make the P versions look more impressive vs. their non-P brethren. Typical marketing trick. Still fools a lot of people.
