Looks like our Vin's in the ~34k range are just getting on the assembly line. About 2 hrs ago it was "sourcing" now it says "Building"
I can barely contain my excitement!

Production Complete - Delivering Early

My dashboard changed today to, "In Production. The Tesla Factory is building your model S." I am very excited!

Just 3 days later and my dashboard changed to:

Production Complete - Your Model S is being prepared for pickup or delivery.

My delivery date was scheduled for March 22nd but DS just called to say I can pick it up this Tuesday, 4 days early!

just to note I was originally set to go into production on the 17th

Emailed my DS about it and he said today that it should be done within 48 hours (I guess this close to end of Quarter and they are working Sat and Sun? - So there is some interesting information for people who are keeping tabs on that). He wouldn't tell me if I would get the date moved up, yet. He said he wanted to wait until it was on the truck and being shipped here first. My thought is, assuming that it takes about 5 days to go across the country, I might actually have it as soon as the 24th, maybe... Which would be almost a whole week early! Fingers crossed.

Based on your production/delivery time I'm hoping mine will deliver in about the same time based on the fact that my production began 3/14 and 11 days later I hope to get delivery here in LA.
