Our first Tesla seems to go into production in the next weeks. Probably we have to consider longer transport times. I did not receive an estimate time from my DS, who seems to be quity busy or not knowing. The sales team estimated September, which still seems reasonable.

Oh boy! Our prior cars have been Volkswagens and Audis. We mostly collected them at factory in Wolfsburg, Ingolstadt or Heilbronn, observing a constant flow of production. Part of the Tesla experience ist, that delivery estimates are hard to tell and motivated to mount up stampede waves each end of quarter. Will I be a lucky owner September 30th end of business hours?

OK I got my confirmation on the third of April so 4 days after you. And I did not get a VIN yet.
Let's hope I get mine soon as well...
I heard you need at least 3 weeks for the car to arrive by boat in Rotterdam already... I think September/Octobre is a realistic date...

Spoke to my DES. My car, part of a july production batch, will indeed arrive late September.

Wiesel will enjoy an eight week lasting touristic roundtrip. It will depart Fremont by rail, travelling across the United States to the east coast. It will pass high mountains, great plains, nice cities and lovely villages, waving goodbye to fellow MX-siblings, leaving the train being August US-deliveries. It will experience seaport treatment and embark to continue his journey as cruise passenger across the Atlantic Ocean. He might be anxious, as he is not an Elon Musk-side project with ability to swim. His tires will touch solid soil again in the Netherlands, sensing 50 Hertz electric pulse in the harbour light, being dismantled and reconstructed at Teslas Tilburg site and finally travelling to my service center by truck.

It is so sad, that Wiesel is not able to send instagram pictures or tweets during this adventurous travel to his expecting owners.

My X will probaly be finished in production at 18-07 and be deliverd somewhere in sept.
VIN 125XX so very close to your VIN Wiesel. I have the luck that we don't a truck to the service center...we can do semi factory delivery in Tilburg ;-)

Meanwhile got my VIN 128xx so really close to yours as well, hope my X will be in the same batch... Too bad MyTesla information is not updated and so we have to contact our DES to get more information...

Unfortunately, I'll probably be in this group (I hope!) I confirmed March 4 for a 75D, 6-seat with almost everything except towing and got my 117xx VIN mid June. According to my DS, my X is still in "pre-production" and to expect September maybe early October delivery.

As of right now, they're telling me late Sept. for my X. Looking at some of the dates others have posted here I have some doubts considering I placed the order on 7/6. It would be wonderful if it's true though!

The Owner Advisor sent me a message introducing me to the Delivery Specialist and it had this the day after my confirmation:

Delivery Timing

We are targeting late September for the delivery of your Model X. John will pinpoint a more exact date with you once your Model X has completed production and is on its way to Cincinnati. Please let us know if you have any specific timing needs.

I confirmed 5/26, VIN assigned 10 days ago, I was told mid August production, late aug/early September deliver. Im not sure Living in Bay area changes delivery times.

Awesome! Yep, my VIN is a little lower than yours. September delivery would be a really pleasant surprise.

We'll see, on my 8 Model S's I've seen surprises in both directions on delivery including 2 weeks before getting an e-mail on Friday at 5:30PM that the car is ready and if I could pick it up on Monday kinda hard with me being 2500km from Tilburg but let's see how it goes, it'll be end of Q3 rush on deliveries, but at least production is mid-July so calm period

Same VIN here 128XX and production was plannen for 18-7 but is now 25-7...delivery roughly mid sept ( Tilburg )

For me it is not 2.500km but 25km ;-)

I think they just told me what the design studio says "Late September Delivery" when I placed my order, will see after the order is confirmed.

Order confirmed 7/18 on a 90D, white, tan 6-seater and the DS is saying mid-September. VIN is 15xxx. I'm hopeful that the DS is right but not terribly confident!
