@CaliX - What is your timeline for ordering, confirming, etc. See my timeline below. I too have ordered a 90D 6-seater, as such am curious.
In talking with my DS, it appears that my MX is still in final stages of QA. He has opened a case to figure why it's taking so long. So my original early September target for delivery will not be met. Am thinking it will be around 09/14.
This wait is agonizing ...

Mine is almost the same as yours except my production finished 8/27. You can't go by everyone's timelines as they group the X's by color, options etc... I am 5 hours from the factory so shipping is short.
You will have yours before you know it. Enjoy this time of anticipation it's exciting the forums and learning.

blueskies, a few here have reported as short as 1-2 days production. You should definitely see yours by 9/21 being around SF.

@nuevodesi - My X is still in QA also. I'm hoping that I'll hear that it has been shipped soon.

Finally got a Tesla auto-email -- that production was complete -- so I called my delivery specialist yesterday afternoon, and we scheduled a delivery appointment for 9/28. He said that my car could be here sooner, but that seemed like a safe date to choose.
I did get another Tesla email that my delivery is now scheduled, with a link to a walk through video. That email was sent right after I got off the phone with the delivery specialist, which made me wonder if they are responsible for sending the auto-emails out, which might explain why some folks are getting emails and others (like me until Monday evening) are not.

Having got the Tesla "Your Tesla is Complete" e-mail yesterday afternoon, I decided to check My Tesla on the website....and it still says my order is "in the factory production queue". How long after receiving the e-mail did you see the site update to reflect the status change and reveal a timeline for delivery?
I have not yet received any updates from my DS, but, since I'm going to be out of town (on vacation) soon, I decided to e-mail him that I would like to defer my delivery until I return. It's going to be a weird vacation...I'll be happy to be getting away, but itching to finally get behind the wheel of my X.

Taking delivery next Friday the 16th for a X P90DL! Ordered and confirmed in July, 6 seat, all options except towing. I never got any further emails after confirmation or MVPA changes until my DS called and gave the good news.
Originally delivery estimate was Oct 15, then Oct 13th, now DS says maybe end of Sept... Seems like September will be a busy month of service centers..
Someone could start a small business being a tesla expert and coming to pick up with people for a fee to inspect the car for any defects. I would pay for someone to do that (hint hint anyone near Decatur)

Hi everyone, I ordered my X 90D May 19, 2016 and confirmed May 26. My VIN is 121XX.
My spec: X 90D, Midnight Silver, Ultra White seats, 20" silver helix wheels, 6 seat interior, autopilot, accessory hitch.
I still have no delivery date. Other than pinging my DS, what should I do? At this point I kind of *need* the car. Original estimate was early July.
Oh and I'll pick it up at the factory so no shipping required.

@TslaMom Mine is apparently in QA/Testing as well. If it has spent two weeks + in testing, does that mean it didn't pass the tests? Curious what they told you.

It seems like a pattern that people picking up at theach factory are not getting delivery date. I confirmed mine 5/24, vin 144xx, still in production for more than 2 weeks. My DS said since this is a new Tesla product, they want to make sure everything is good
Just one data point but I recently ordered an inventory Model S and they recommended that I pick up in Palo Alto instead of Fremont because things are so busy at Fremont right now. Not sure if it would help speed up your delivery (or be feasible) to switch the pick-up to another Bay Area location but you might ask your DS.
I wanted to do the factory tour but they were good about scheduling the tour for a different date.

That's a good suggestion to see if I can pick up in SF or Palo Alto. Would even be more convenient and I could do the tour when factory is not so busy.
