The rule is usually to pay about 7-10 days before delivery.

It won’t delay your delivery at all.
For reference: they are also wanting payment from me but I haven’t paid anything yet.

Until I get assigned a car and confirm delivery I will think about sending them the money.

No need to worry, common practice for most people on the forum

How does it work if you are PX a car and using that as a deposit? Assume that they then take the deposit on day of collection?

No hidden VIN lurking in the source ( checking every 30 mins ).

Was hoping that we would see more VINs today given that RCC Amsterdam has cleared Taiwan.

I would agree that its rcc Amsterdam as its full of rhd

I did originally order a q4 etron but cancelled about 9 months in as they set out a 18 months delivery …Tesla has been much quicker but feels like an age as my lease ended about 12 months ago

Yeah we all need to remember that a MYLR is still likely to be <9 months, which is better than it’s competitors! BUT I STILL WANT IT NOW

If you order through a lease co then you don’t have a vehicle within your account until delivery, so no source code to look at. In theory your lease company would be able to see it but they aren’t going to do that.

Timing can vary but normally you get a text within 1 to 2 weeks of a hidden VIN being assigned.

You can try contacting Tesla directly and ask. They vary on how helpful they are with lease customers.

On a phone tap your icon ( for you it’s the N in the coloured square) in the top ribbon, then the person with a cog then you have the signature option

Well my EDD disappeared for 2 days (It was Nov 22 - Dec 7 before) and suddenly reappeared with a very narrow date range of Dec30-Dec31....
No hidden VIN, no popups to accept deletion of USS or anything else. Hope it changes again and becomes a before Christmas date.

There hasn’t been a fresh wave since it left. The GLOVIS SUMMIT wave happened whilst Amsterdam was loading. The Amsterdam wave would happen today/tomorrow if it hasn’t already (SUMMIT allocation spanned a couple of days, so it could be Amsterdam happened….)
