It's not true. Lots of people in the Bay Area are still waiting. In fact, we expect to be the last in terms of deliveries
I feel the opposite - I keep seeing all the SoCal orders getting VINs, while us Bay Area March / early April orders are still waiting. Grass is greener...

Get used to it. This is the way Tesla operates+1 day for me, EDD now 6/21 - 6/30.
I've just completed 10 weeks of waiting, and am mad really only because Tesla website had promised "2 to 5 weeks" on the day I ordered. @elonmusk, this sucks!
