New Update

Last night I got a notification about a new software update. I have 8.0 already. Did anybody else get this?

Its a small update, still 8.0. The build number is 2.44.121 - I just got it overnight.

It contains some small improvements to USB Media handling - primarily putting the alphabetical index back

Yeah, I just got the notification this morning as well and wondering about it since it says the update will take 1 hour 45 minutes which is how long it took to download my entire 8.0

It also fixes the missing station names on the XM favorites and allows you to now see a listing of all the XM channels (which I believe worked before 8, but wasn't working earlier today before I updated).

Mine said 1:40 so I didn't do it this AM. Will do it tonight. Thanks for the advice!

Did it fix anything else? I do not have UHFS so it does not apply to me.

Ah thanks. Ok, I'll go ahead and update it then later today. I personally thought Media was a big cluster?*@. My USB stopped working after 8.0. Hopefully it works once I update. Also, as someone else mentioned the XM stations menu was horrible after update.
