How long does it take from production to delivery usually? I had received a tentative delivery date of 11/19. Does this mean it might be early?

Thats at the big question ;-). I had an estimated production of 11/04 and an estimated delivery of 11/25. Making the gap 21 days. However most people have been getting them within 2 weeks of the start of production (even on the east coast). So I think the week of 11/18 is probably realistic. Anything before that is bloody fortunate
Looks like I'm in production as well.

Me too. I'm 17 days early on the production date but late on the projected delivery. Anybody else in the same situation?

I didn't get an "In Production" day, so I don't know if I'm early or late. Still scheduled for 11/26 delivery, though. Still have my fingers crossed.

Which in the end begs the question did they accidentally upgrade EVERYONE to In Production Because I'm too in production and I was originally told by Tesla that my car enters production in late December/early January with delivery end of January. Yet mine went In Production yesterday as well. And so did the other estonians whom I know. Might be quite a coincidence. Do we have ANYONE left who ISN'T In Production. That at least would confirm that it's not a database bug

Figured. I didn't even bother checking in. 2-3 months worth of scheduled deliveries couldn't all suddenly begin production at once.

Does Tesla batch paint? I have a green metallic and confirmed 10.15 got VIN and DS assigned within 2 weeks. I see others with blue and other colors who confirmed before me and have not yet received a VIN.

No official word, but from watching VIN assignments and delivery dates, the general consensus is that they definitely seem to batch colors.

I'm not sure this is so. I have seen interviews with Elon on the factory floor and the assembly line behind him and the colors are just as random as you would see driving down the street.
