So I went ahead and added FSD to my order yesterday and woke up today to an updated EDD of 8/7 - 8/21.Ordered 10/21/2021
EDD went from 7/31- 8/14 to 10/27 - 12/08 this morning.
Should have known better than to get hopes up seeing a two week window

Looks like Tesla is forcing us to spend more money to get the car early... unbelievable and not fair.
At this point, all LR order holder should add FSD to level the field. If not then you are just being taken adavantage by those add and remove FSD before delivery. And Tesla does not give a sh*t.
My EDD also bumped up when I added FSD, but let's see when the VIN actually arrives
With all the pushbacks, I just checked and my EDD moved up from 9/12-10/20 to 8/12-8/24. Hmm now don’t want to check again in the coming days and see a pushback.

I was able to take delivery yesterday! No major issues that I noticed. Really happy with it and wished I upgraded to the MYP earlier!
Hope that's the case! I don't certainly need the car right now... but it'd be nice not to have to what a whole year (or longer).Maybe it is one of the push outs that have been happening right before a VIN update!that the new EDD isn’t permanent and you get a better one in the next couple days.
Highly recommend installing front mudflaps and handles/rear door PPF. I researched and went with Rally Armor mudflaps.

I installed PPF on my door handles, but it was just because it was included in my full front PPF kit. Still don’t understand why they’re needed though. Are the handles known to scratch easily?
I actually installed the OEM mudflaps today! I started a vacation today, but have a partial PPF/ceramic appointment for when I get back.
Also FYI since people have had different experiences - re Boston area delivery: I did not receive mudflaps or the rear PPF pre installed, received Pirelli tires. I did receive the USB drive, wall charger and adapter.

I was hoping to get the car before winter. Mostly to have some time to get use to it before being hit with snow and cold. Lol
My current car (2012 Suburban) is pushing close to 317,000km and is testing fate right now lol
There are PPF wraps to cover handles vs PPF to protect the surrounding handle area. I thought it was useful to install the second one because saw a post about fingernail scratches around the door handles from missed hand placement.
