Parking sensor detecting non-existent object

Recently, although I can’t remember if it coincides with the last software update (2023.44.30.9) whenever I drive slowly I’m getting multiple bongs from the front left parking sensor as it thinks something is close by. I get the red line and “stop”.

Service menu shows no faults. Inspected them and they look clean with no damage.

Is anyone getting similar? No sure if to wait until next software update, or report on the app?

Mmm. I don’t ever recall my sensors being “blocked or blinded” on a daily basis

Best to report it if the car is still under warranty. At least if it is a software problem there's a chance the devs will get to know about it.

I don't have these problems with my car. My brother-in-law has a vision only car that slams in the breaks when they use autopilot.

Normal for Tesla, they've been spinning a web about 'city streets upcoming' for years.

Remove the stupidly ugly license plate holder that it calls home and retire them both to the garden. Meanwhile I can have a better looking car with a flush mount license and no freeloaders.
