Thanks for finding this, why did PG&E not tell me about it. Do you think I could apply for both my Tesla's it says it attaches to the vin#.

You would have to submit two forms. Might be worth the effort to try.

They keep saying variations of "once per vehicle" which seems carefully worded to allow multiple discounts per household as long as they are on multiple vehicles.
