I had a gut feeling last week to ask for Sep 13-15 off from work. I don't know if it could be announced on a Sunday so I guess go for the 14th Sep to 20th Sep bucket ?

The S&P committee meets monthly. The August meeting has already happened. The Sept meeting is scheduled on the 21st, and the quarter-end meetings is typically when the Committee 'rebalances' so that IMO is the likely date.

An S&P500 inclusion would cause the stock to fall by selling the news and then would recover after 2 weeks like the positive EC.
A negative response would.... I dunno

In June, they announced a bunch of new changes on the Friday prior to the announcement of the rebalancing. Rebalancing this quarter is scheduled for September 18.

Based on that, the date should be September 11 at 5:15 Eastern.

I was nowhere near right. Oh well, better to own shares and not know the date than the other way around.
