Yea, I did this today. Took a conference call while sitting in it with it plugged in. It was nice and warm and the acoustics were great. I used my headset though, didn't use the car's Bluetooth.

I have only taken one call on the car Bluetooth while driving and the person on the other end made a comment that I was driving because they could hear it. So the sound on the other end must not be every good.

I prefer to use my Bose S2 headset over everything else, I forgot it that day.
