Hi
@Hrhkee,
If you look at the production start dates on this
page, production before Nov 2nd was for Europe. Production after Nov 2nd is for the USA. The reason is because Tesla wants to maximize their Q4 deliveries. On average Europe has 47 days transit time from the factory to delivery. Therefore any car produced after mid-Nov has no chance of being delivered in Q4 in Europe. They will continue USA production maybe until Dec 15th. Then they will switch back to Europe and Asia from Dec 15 to Jan 30 and then back to USA. It is a very calculated operation.
The average transit times for each region (from factory to delivery) are as follows:
USA, California, 5 days
USA, Pacific excluding CA, 7 days
USA, Mountain, 9 days
USA, Central, 11 days
USA, Eastern, 18 days
Canada, 32 days
Japan, 41 days
Australia or New Zealand, 43 days
Europe excluding the UK, 47 days
China or Hong Kong, 50 days
UK, 55 days
