PSE electricity rate change from 7/1 (WA state)

    Your Highest Tier is lower than our lowest Tier in PGE!!

    Somewhat better than Seattle City Light's summer rate (11.4xxx per KWh). I think they are almost exactly the national average.

    Whew! That is a lot of data to wade through. I guess I'm displaying my age, but once upon a time, the electric bill was pretty simple to read - kWh used, rate, total.

    Agreed Bill, Seattle city light is pretty much the same. It's even worse during the period when they switch from winter to summer rates as it doubles the reporting. I don't see why they don't just have a short summary at the top (usage, blended rate, cost) with the massive details shown below.
