Yea, me too. It makes it look like the body panels aren't lining up.I also get bugged out about the strip under the door. Every other "line" on the car looks great, then this silver drop under the door kind of breaks the nice lines.

Also, is that another Model S in the background (right side) or a white X? Looks a little taller, and there's more wheel gap, but it could just be an S with the 19" wheels.
Maybe they were testing out their backup camera?
I was hoping the weird battery strip would get better blended closer to RC, but if this shot is recent, then so far it's not looking good. In person, and from some angles (especially on a black car), it's not so bad, but in pictures and on light cars, it's very jarring. Makes it look like it has panel alignment issues like ckessel said.
Might be less of an issue on the Performance model. As I understand it the under panel that is now black will be body color on the performance. Hopefully less noticeable.
Are they figuring out how to connect it to that Mennekes charging station?
looks like the air suspension at high... big gap between the tires and the wheel wells.
If they flew the car over there, Tesla might not be cleared to fly the battery packs yet.No battery.

They would seriously push a battery-less Model S to park next to a charging station just for a photo-op for somebody on twitter (and not bother putting it on their own feed)? Skeptical...
Hehe, indeed.
That's the one from the Geneva Motor Show btw.
I have been told that it doesn't have a battery in it. I also saw it outside the show and it has been running on a external 12V power supply
