I am picking up my new s90 next week, would I still be able to apply a referral?
No I don't think so ... You have to provide a referal link when ordering.
Doesn't hurt to ask. May be possible since you haven't officially paid for the vehicle.
I was able to apply a referral code a week before I took delivery because the Delivery Specialist emailed my payment document and I noticed my $1000 credit was not applied. Just talk with your delivery specialist and they can still apply a credit...it took them a few hours to send me documents with a referral credit.

It's not going to be automatically applied after the fact (sorry, aija, good try!).
Kort, it will need to be manually applied by either your sales specialist or delivery specialist. I think you'll probably get it, but I'm not 100% sure. (But I am 100% sure that it will need to be manually applied. )

I ordered in a window between programs. When I accelerated to an inventory purchase months later, my DS allowed me to put in my referral code.
That said, it was at the end of quarter push and Tesla was desperate to meet their numbers.
