Seats are interior. Foam. 6m+ for a quality couch these days. Wood is veneer anyway.

I suspect plaid is something different though, like weight distribution with the 3rd motor. Tesla doesn't normally do $6.5K freebies (for some).

Was able to find my X on the lot today and take a look inside and out.. still needs to be detailed but was excited to get a look before Friday pickup

Is this Devon? I noticed theres over 100 miles on ur X. Have you addressed that at all? Mine only had 9 miles when I took delivery last Monday. Congrats nonetheless. So exciting.

I think you're taking the word "trim" literally.. I am pretty sure he means other items and not just the design trim.... I highly doubt they are having trouble sourcing wood and carbon fiber.

That’s exactly what I did last year. No regret at all. Actually I kinda want to keep the S plaid. But I got a call today from Tesla and they will upgrade my X plaid to 6 seats from 5, hopefully that’s a good sign I can get the car soon
