Reservation and configure payments not discounted

im sure this is discussed and I apologize but I just looked over my paperwork and realized the price does not discount the 3500 I already paid.

Can anyone explain?

Also, people talk about calling tesla, ISA, and other acronyms. Can someone explain to this neophyte and give me phone numbers?

Which page are you looking at? The vehicle configuration page will show the total amount (without taxes/fees) and will note reservation/order payments.

Once you get close to delivery, Tesla will provide with final MVPA that shows total with taxes/fees and will deduct the $3,500 previously paid.
