Aren't analysts expecting European deliveries to have begun in Q2? This would in theory have resulted in fewer ZEV credits. Since European deliveries only began this week, and Tesla delivered 20-30% more vehicles than were expected, isn't Tesla guaranteed to beat? Additionally, plug in vehicle sales were down, and ICE sales were up. This should have increased the demand for ZEV credits Is this right?
