Better than "Shareing" to the Tesla app like with locations for navigation would be to build in ChromeCast so that (when parked!) you could just send whatever from your device to the screen. Though if the "Share" method means that the car does the downloading rather than the phone, this might actually be better for those with tight data caps on their cellular service.
 
Given that all of the "LTE Streaming Audio" options are for the Premium Connectivity, it's unlikely you'll see this until and unless Tesla sees fit to allow you to send them money for the upgrade.

I don't care about streaming, as long as I can use the screen as a "remote" for my phone...

(But yeah. having the ability to pay to have the streaming, would be fine I guess...)
