• RWD = OCT - DEC
• LR = NOV - FEB

I think we have two good things that could turn-out well for us :

Good news, I read the Climate Bill is getting legs again! Gold ol Manchin may have just been waiting for the Chips Bill to pass. Might be getting our EV credit back. Long way to go, but a bright spot during these dark days of waiting.

So will many of us. My EDD has been 12/4/22-1/29/23 since OD of 7/3/22. I will definitely push back delivery if law isn’t retroactive.

Question; My EDD is now 7/30~8/7 (seventh change of EDD). I'm on Cape Cod, delivery is to be in AZ. What is the process for requesting a push-out of my delivery date (if this current EDD actually holds, which is dubious)?

Yes you will need a void cheque to set up your direct withdrawal payments.

If this happens it could be very good news for Canadian orders if there are mass holds on US orders til 2023. Since there are still lots of us with the grandfathered iZEV Canadian federal rebate waiting still.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but per section 13401... it will not be retroactive as currently written:

(k) EFFECTIVE DATES.—
(1) IN GENERAL.—Except as provided in para-graphs (2), (3), (4), and (5), the amendments made by this section shall apply to vehicles placed in service after December 31, 2022.

Good point, also is not retroactive, Tesla only qualifies after 1/1/2023
