For a while now, my 2021 TM3 (heat pump) has been experiencing heating issues by throwing error codes every so often, disabling cabin heater. Out of warranty replacement from tesla is charging $2,000 USD. A workaround I discovered to reset the system is to disconnect 12v and negative terminal on Dc-Dc converter, and heat comes back along.
I later discovered a strange oil leakage from the a/c line that connects to the super manifold to the heat pump. Anyone know what exactly this is, and if it can be the cause of my heater failure? See picture below for reference
