Supercharger - Ashland, OR (LIVE 1 Sep 2023, 24 V3 stalls)

My wife and I stopped at Caldera Brewery for a "happy hour" bite yesterday, and talked with a gentleman who said he worked for "the property owner". He told us each stall will be 100kW, as has already been posted, this site is close. We snapped a few pics too (see below). He also told us that it would be open in the next month for sure. We travel weekly from Redding, CA to Gold Beach, OR. So this will be the new meal spot, and the beer is good too!

We have also stayed at the Holiday Inn Express right across the street, and it is nice too. But seriously.....next to a Brewery...can a Supercharger location get any better? Bring a DD for sure!

Each stall being 100kw is false. The total power available decided by the number of stalls will average 100kw but that is only if every car plugs in at the same time at a low state of charge. These are 250kw V3 like every other V3 cabinet and stalls.

That makes sense......I don't think the guy that "worked for the property owner" understands V2 and V3. Those of us that charge do. I really try and only use V3 chargers.

Yes, I wanted to chime in to agree with laynemc and say that the good folks on this forum tend to be more informed than the average Tesla owner on charging specs, and that "a guy who works for the property owner who will be leasing the land to tesla" is unlikely to be better informed that the folks right here. If he's the electrical contractor, then yes, but otherwise no, probably not.
