It might be, theres nothing back there. The retail parking on the rock side usually is already pretty busy. Those houses and apartments back there probably won't be happy putting more traffic on that intersection. Surprised they couldn't find anything closer to the highway, you'd think somewhere close to the mcdonalds or the old la fitness building off 220th st would be ideal.
I drove by this site this afternoon, there’s active work going on. As I was driving a big yellow tube (school bus) I couldn’t stop but it appears there is trenching work going on.
Noticed a SNOPUD trucks onsite yesterday, stopped by today and the transformer is in place. The light poles need to be installed and the car stops (things that stop your car from hitting the pedestals).

Looks very close now, no equipment on site when I went by there. Remove the fence and covers over the posts and you'd think it was open. According to the permit it looks like there is one more correction they need to complete, but it's not clear on the permit site what that is.

Just awaiting final inspection. Most of these large breakers can be configured for different settings so they will have to look at the label and determine how to set it for the final inspection.
