Was through Castlegar on Saturday. No real change to the site other than the snow is all gone. Here are some photo I took while there.

There is no meter and no transformer. In the pictures above you can see a concrete pad surrounded by yellow bollards currently being used to store some fencing sections. Legend has it that's where the transformer will appear when it appears. I'm no expert but it looks to me like the underground cabling that connects the transformer pad to the grid is not complete.
 
No that one closed April 19th. I know because it changed while I was on the road. There may have been constriction before but this one is recent as of April 19th
You are correct and that section just outside of golden wont reopen to after the may long weekend. It would be nice if they would get creston or castlgar up and running and i would just take highway 3 into the fraser valley

I'm hoping that either this site gets opened, or Tesla starts selling the CCS adapter (in North America) before my trip from Vancouver to Trail at the end of May. Back in January I thought the chances of one or both by now were high, Not so much now.
