No, I think he meant “out of order” as he was referring to the L3 charger setup!

No, but I've seen lots of equipment like gas pumps, ATMs and even other EV charging stations with "Out of Order" signs. And the translation I found was "Service Soon" so it was confusing.

I have to say I'm pretty excited about all of these new superchargers.
Within 100 kms of downtown Toronto in 2017, we will be adding
20x Barrie
20x Markham
20x Vaughn Mills
20x Sherway
16x Pickering
That's 96 new superchargers. 3 months ago within that same zone we only had
8x Toronto
8x port hope
8x Barrie original
6?x Grimsby
So we are going from 30 to 126 in a matter of 3 months?
Incredible.

I used Flo while traveling thru Quebec City and Rideau. It was $10/hr for the Chademo and since I wasn't a previous customer I just called the support number on the charger and the agent was very helpful to inform me all I needed was to download app and activate charger. Took only few seconds.
You forgot Hamilton, and I am guessing that the Miss. and Toronto ones will also be done soon.

Mississauga will be a good one to see. Not sure about toronto or where it will even be. At $5 million an acre, not many people willing to donate 3000 square feet!
If a charging station is waiting to be activated for the first time, it will not be on the map. But if an existing station is out-of-order it will usually be noted as such on their map.

No, I just used the Chademo option because it's much faster...... It's the next best thing after a supercharger
