Probably some regulatory or administrative red tape holding it up because the only physical thing left to do is build the enclosures (as far as I can tell), which could probably be done in a day (or two). It has been sitting like this for quite a while, likely just waiting on the proverbial administrative stamp of approval to light them up.

I really can’t wait for the Supercharging season to strike again. It’s really boring on this forum right now.

I wonder if there will be any announcement on a Supercharger+ any time soon. Something that has a higher rate than the existing ones (or retrofitted).

I went by today around 2:30pm and there was a Model S with dealer plates charging. There was a crew working on / monitoring the utility cabinets as well.

I spoke to the gentleman in the car who said they were performing final testing.

Hopefully this means they will be ready soon.

My Tesla service guy messaged me tonight and said Etobicoke is active going to check tonight wooohoooo!!!!!

It does work! I'm not sure what I think of the new urban SCs though. Perhaps it was the lack of parking stall markings but getting the cable to connect was not as easy as I think it should have been. That being said 10B gave me 40kW (I had a high SOC).

Noticed I got 52-54kw charge while having a pretty SOC but I did justbdrive an hour on highway.

Yeah, it took a while for the charger to get used - 5 cars on them now.

I just left. 6 cars there when I arrived, 3 when I left.

I had lunch at Pusateri's and picked up a quick 125km in charge.

I was getting about 365km/hr in charge. Pretty decent.
