Still no transformer as of this morning. The contractor was on site taking the temp fencing down and working on other things. They are putting up a nice brown fence in front of where the transformer goes too.
Added some pics. Everything is done except the transformer. No magic docks - I checked a few just to be sure. Really weird slope/hill thing on the paving job. Not sure what that’s about.
Dominion Energy has the transformers installed and ready while the site is being worked on. Duke Energy seems to take the Tesla SuperChargers as low priority. I have to wonder if West Ashley in Charleston will be active before the 2 in the upstate.

Its funny that you said it that way. I'm pretty sure West Ashley is online now, though I haven't verified it myself. Seems like North Myrtle Beach might get done before these two as well.
Stopped by there earlier today and they are out there from the power company. I talk to the driver of the pike electric, and he said the power will be turned on tomorrow.
Confirmed no power. Meter shows zeros on one screen but is blinking different screens still. Interestingly one of the cables has this covering or handle on it - see pic attached. I’ve never seen that before. It is coincidentally or maybe not so coincidentally the handicap stall.
Stopped by at 730am this morning. Nothing new from Saturday. Looks like Duke Power left a pallet in one of the stalls as well. Transformer was cycling through a test sequence. Got to be close though!
