Supercharger - Hwy 97 Wenatchee / Omak / Osoyoos

Have anyone heard updates from Osoyoos, Okanagan, and Chelan on the superchargers?

I drove around Chelan in early September, but didn’t see anything. This vacant spot behind Shell would be perfect though

It seems like a no-brainer for these towns; have a captive audience that can spend money while waiting for the electron fill-up.

This would be a great location.
Tesla has been saying that a Supercharger is coming to Chelan for a couple years. I haven't heard much but last year it sounded like the City of Chelan wasn't prepared to give up any of it's limited public parking for the Supercharger. Maybe Tesla buying their own property would be the answer.

Entiat (near Chelan) may be getting one

As of earlier this year, it looks like Tesla was still working on finding a supercharger host site along Hwy. 97 north of Chelan. Here's 2 documents showing they were speaking with the Okanogan County electrical utility and the town of Pateros (and maybe some other towns):
