It's probably live already. At a pinch, if the pour hasn't fully set, you could pull up on the grass after taking down the temporary fencing. :p

If they used 25 or 32MPa concrete it should be OK to drive on in 4 or 5 days from pour.
40 MPa concrete should be OK in 3 days to drive on. We all need to be a little careful with it to start.
No digging at it with the heel of your boot or turning the wheels while not moving etc.
