Supercharger - Maple Shade, NJ

My folks live on the west side of Cherry Hill who I visit often-- and while the Marlton SC was a welcome location to charge which I've used a few times already (otherwise I'd have to stop at the Burlington WaWa) -- it's a bit inconvenient when getting on or off the NJTP since it's in the opposite direction.

This location OTOH is right on the route I take when leaving CH. And it's a WaWa.

I drove by and snooped in from the parking lot next door and I saw some large plastic wrapped items with Tesla on some kid of packing slip, so things are looking good!
Photos? If they are in non-labeled gray covers they will be V2. If they in white covers labeled “Tesla Energy” they will be V3.

Just drove by.

Wawa seems to be almost open.

SC... Not so much.

Concrete done. Posts up. Cabinets are near (I think) but aren't installed. Standing by gas stalls.

Sorry about night time pics.

Also included distances. Should be great going ONTO either 295 or 95. But coming off of either seems to be about 3.5-4.5 minutes with NO traffic.

Quick driveby photo from yesterday. They moved the white cabinets out of the parking lot last night. Looks like they are clearing everything out to open the Wawa, but are waiting on the rest of the equipment for the Supercharger.

Just stopped by.
Wawa looks done.
Parking lot fully open.

Stalls installed but covered.
Looks like electrical work near chargers being done.

See pics.

Exciting stuff! Awesome location, and not just for me but a very logical one.

Agree with others. NOT great idea to cross route 73. Given the amount of pedestrian accidents on this road, I'm hoping they will be installing some walkways to cross. But the wawa is kinda a great place to stop for a bit and drink and bathrooms. Plus theres a decent dining place, uno, right there. Also burger king right there, if you really want to spice things up and go all out for the whopper!

Key things in my opinion and the years of frequently super charging is.

1. Clean and always accessible BATHROOMS. (Not sure if 24/7 but likely will be. Even if not the hours should be very long)
2. Place to get some kind of quick bite and drink.
3. CLOSE WALK for when weather is less than decent.
4. COVERED walk. Which in this case is about 20ft uncovered to gas stations. 40ft covered. Then another 30ft uncovered.
5. EASY access, which this has.
6. QUICK access, which this has getting BACK on 295 south or north. 95/Turnpike is whole other story bc of the always long ramps and tolls. But. Getting TO it is somewhat longer than I like from either hiway.
7. Front pulling in charger. One. If ur towing. NOT every SC has this and becomes a serious issue.

Sorry for the rant. I'm just really really anticipating this very much as I live close by and drive long distances often with sometimes coming home with only a few miles of battery and needing to head back out right away. This kinda makes or breaks it for me.

Is it v2 or V3?

Tough to tell. Can go either way.

There is room and something being built to the LEFT of the cabinets. So maybe more cabinets? So v2.

But, Also, given that they are covering them up I'm thinking they are trying to keep it secret so maybe v3?

I don't have the balls to lift up the cover and look at cable. But if anyone here does they'll get our eternal thanks!

Oh, the curiosity is killing me!
