Probably connecting the Supercharger transformer to the main utility line (primary).

Likely. There is a power line and pole at the rear of the property that’s visible in the pictures I posted.

Yeah, some times you’ll get an initial dig ticket for all the conduit from posts to cabinets and to a transformer pad the when the utility is ready to place the transformer, you'll see another ticket for that.

Am I reading that correctly? That dig ticket is 15 days for completion? Does anyone think this will be done before the end of April?

This is only an estimate for the digging portion. Anything above ground is not covered by that.

Friday afternoon update. Fencing is down. Pad for the transformer has been poured. Conduit has been trenched in to the power pole to the south of the station. Not to the east pole, at the rear of the property, as I was speculating.

Once my photographers got home they clarified the power pole was also newly installed.

Thank you for the updates. will be so glad for these to go up. last time i drove back to denver from kansas i had to wait in hays for 40 mins just to get to the charger and charge.

Last time I was in Hays we all got blocked in at the SC by a vendor truck supplying the Applebee’s while the World Cup final was on!

Fencing has been removed. Just awaiting the transformer. This was from 4/1/2023

I checked with some local friends that say the transformer and electrical hookup will not be in until mid May or early June. It is the city electrical service providing these, so it may take a while.

Well, my information must have been incorrect. Went by there today and the transformer is in place. I would think this may mean the power may be connected sooner than mid May.
