It's definitely possible that it was turned on after you were there. The stalls are numbered in your pic which means they have already been turned on and tested.

Wonder if they ran out of screws and decided to turn it all on anyway? A lot of the pedestals are missing screws and caps.

The tesla.com/findus page shows it as gray (future site) but when you click on it it shows actual data, not "by the end of 2018".

@Leland was the first person here to post signs of the start construction on Jan 16. So likely less than two months from the start of construction to becoming operational. That’s pretty fast, in my opinion.

The GPS coordinates on supercharge.info are slightly off. Google Maps shows the correct coordinates as 34.431041, -118.554319, which is the northwest edge of the dirt area where the oak tree used to be.

This went live in half the time Westlake or East Thousand Oaks went live.

Supercharger.info has the location slightly wrong. From the pictures the superchargers are in front of (north east of) Yogaworks. At about 34°25'49.4"N 118°33'16.4"W

Fremont hasn't opened a single new supercharger stall in at least the past three years!
