It is now in the construction phase. Previously the plans were available online and showed 10 stalls. Here is the pertinent thread. Supercharger - Sacramento (new location, construction started 7-27-2017)

Painting lines today. These can't come soon enough as I tried the two available existing chargers and I'm getting 30kW at about 52% SOC.

I think you are correct as the painter seems to be applying the stripped "do not block area" in the picture.

This is still my favorite supercharger handicapped parking paint job.

I was a bit concerned about the slow charging issue before going through Vacaville last weekend. However, the charging was fantastic for me both times - Saturday ~10am (with no other cars) and Monday ~3pm (all stalls full). Both times the power was normal. I was on 1A both times.

They are putting the finishing touches on the pedestals today - wiping them down and cleaning. I spoke with one of the workers and he said "soon, but not today."

Looking good! I see they did mark the wide stall as a handicapped space. I thought about starting a rumor that is was reserved for the Tesla Semi-truck.

That's what the first three parking spaces are for. You have to engage the special perpendicular parking feature after you unhook your trailer.

Great picture. Maybe I should use this as a blatant excuse to go to Fenton's this weekend.

Vacaville has rarely been full, at least during all the times I've used it . I once got 25kw but because I picked a paired stall. Moving to an unpaired one fixed that.

The cabinets pictured are the Supercharger cabinets and they are water cooled. The transformer is provided by the utility and it is usually oil cooled. The switchgear is in separate cabinets and typcially don't dissipate enough power to require cooling of any kind.
