More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

- Eagan, MN (#2620)

Marshall was before Willmar, but I forgot to check in while I was there.

Ended up orphaning Tofte for a variety of reasons. Very remote, poor weather, expensive hotels in the area. Maybe I'll get it next year when I check the Northwest Angle off the bucket list!

Vacuums at a Supercharger? I haven't seen that amenity before.

I'm pretty sure the vacuums were there well before the supercharger stalls were added; that Exxon looks like it has been there since it was called Esso. ;)

What's stranger is that the supercharger didn't go to the Sheets on the other side of the exit. The next site on I-77 North, the newer site at Mt. Airy, starts a run of superchargers at Sheetz that stretch at least all the way to Lake Erie through Ohio and Pennsylvania.

My wife and I road the Creeper Trail up in southwest Virginia on Saturday, and we came back to Charlotte the long way, around I-81 and I-77, so that I could get a charger I wouldn't otherwise have a reason to use.

- Atkins, VA (#402)

The leaves were almost at peak for Fall viewing, but that made the trail extremely crowded.

A downside of the prefab V3 superchargers that I didn't realize until I had a bike rack attached for a long trip, is that there isn't a pull-in stack. I had to block 2 stalls to charge at Atkins, and later at Mt. Airy, NC. (The latter wasn't even prefab, so I'm not sure why they did not do at least one pull-in stall.) Luckily, not very busy when we were there.

View from one of the old trestles on the rail-trail.

I did the Circle tour of Lake Superior this weekend which by the way is amazing.

Fall 2023 Road Trip - Day 47 - the last day - 428 miles; 6hr 31 m driving; no new Superchargers.

I'm adding this for completeness, and including a trip summary.

We did a 100% charge (404 miles) at the Hampton Inn in Grants Pass, so barely needed any charging to make it home. The only reason there are 42 minutes of Supercharging is that we had lunch at the Panera next to the Kelso Superchargers (plus that gave me a buffer so that I don't have to worry about charging at home for a few days.)

Here's a map of the whole trip and stats for the whole trip:

According to the odometer, we drove 17,641 miles, a little more than the mileage reported by TeslaFi. I forgot to set the trip odometer before starting, but the car shows average energy consumption of 279 Wh/mile, which includes 1,584 miles before this trip started. TeslaFi shows 267 Wh/mile, but I know that TeslaFi missed several Superchargers, so I think that 267 is too low.

We visited 252 new Superchargers including 6 that were First visits. The average miles driven per new Supercharger was 70 miles.

Realized I cleared Arizona and New Mexico on this trip. Almost got Texas again but New Boston will have to wait.

Slow going in the Midwest. I think I got spoiled in Europe where I had a new supercharger every 30 miles.
