More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

Here's recent Check-ins. I did get one charger in Maine (to complete the 49 state badge), but decided to stop driving thru the
blizzard for the evening and thus no Bangor Meetup.

tes-s was cyber stalking me on life360 and correctly guessed I'd be coming thru his territory in CT, so we had a nice chat about (among other things) the tolerance of significant others for collecting chargers. Mine is flying out for my granddaughter's first birthday party, then doing the last week of the trip back to Denver.

Looking forward to your transit through the DC area. I should be around. I'll check out your unvisited map for a good location to meetup.

- Bennington, VT (#2126) (First to check-in)

Nice drive to Bennington today. Still only 4 of 12 stalls working. Don't miss the revolutionary war monument when you are there - only open (to ride up the elevator) in the summer.

Drove up the Taconic east of the Hudson in NY almost all the way to Bennington. Across to Bennington, then south through MA and CT to get home.

If Bangor was too remote for you I thought for sure Bennington was going to be as well :)

Superchargers are fine, but I won't be trying to clear any area--California is too intimidating for a small-town boy like me. ;)
Small-town got nothing to do with it. Nobody can clear California. It is the modern example of a Sisyphusian task. Clear the LA area, drive north, and there are two new ones in the south before you're done with SFO.

California has been cleared several times (not by me). IMHO one needs to be both lucky _and_ good to pull this off. Starting from scratch would be very time-consuming because there are Superchargers in lots of out-of-the-way places outside the SF, Sac, LA, and SD metro areas, in addition to dealing with the rapid pace of Supercharger builds.

Bruce.

Good news about the 10th Annual Sound of Silence Rally in Custer, SD May 17-19 2024. Several members of the Group have already registered, more expected. Remember, total registration is limited to 200 PERSONS (not cars). Registration in the first week of registration topped twenty. Think about hotel accommodations EARLY. In May, it will get tough to find lodging. Hope to see all of you there! We are making plans just for YOU!!! Mac

Yeah, many of us have done it, although as the years progress it is getting harder. I've even cleared the west coast at least once

Agreed. I think I have cleared CA maybe three times for brief days very early on (Gilroy, and the one stall in Harris Ranch) and the next couple years. I could be projecting, but near impossible now unless you are @Limited and head north. Hint, hint. 😉

I cleared all but the Pacific Time Zone as recently as 2 years ago. I remember a tinge of disappointment mixed with relief when I learned that Lodi, NJ opened while I was sleeping in SoCal. The relief part was because I had decided that if nothing opened while I slept I was going to try a 48 hour death march up the coast to try to sweep the entire country (actually US/Canada I think). It wouldn't have been a fun 48 hours but what an accomplishment that would have been!

None of the superchargers were powered on when I visited Bennington tonight around 6:30 PM. Not even the parking lot. Lights were on. It was a dark day for me because I didn’t get the check in.
